Terms of Service
The rules of using AstroTrader Pro™. Read them — they protect both of us.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using AstroTrader Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not install or use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (the "User") and Alberto Nicola Lanzafame, individual developer based in Italy (the "Developer").
2. Description of the service
AstroTrader Pro is an educational mobile tool that applies classical Western astrological tradition to financial markets. It shows planetary positions, transits, and symbolic correspondences between planets and economic sectors based on historical sources (Ptolemy, W.D. Gann, Louise McWhirter, Tommaso Palamidessi, Alice Bailey, and others).
Important: AstroTrader Pro is NOT financial advice, NOT a recommendation to buy or sell, NOT a trading signal, and NOT a market prediction. The predictive efficacy of astrology is not scientifically proven. Trading involves risk of total capital loss. Every financial decision is solely your responsibility. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
3. License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is rated 18+ and is not intended for minors. By using the App you represent that you meet this age requirement.
5. Subscription terms
The basic features of the App are free. Premium features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription managed by Google Play:
- Price: €19.99/month (or local equivalent set by Google Play).
- Free trial: 7 days, no charge if cancelled before the trial ends.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy.
6. User obligations
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful, personal, educational purposes
- Not represent the App's output as financial advice to third parties
- Not attempt to circumvent subscription validation or technical protections
- Not use the App in jurisdictions where astrology-based financial content is prohibited
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that astronomical calculations will be without minor approximations inherent in the underlying public-domain algorithms (VSOP87, IAU 2006).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. The Developer's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
"AstroTrader Pro" is a trademark of Alberto Nicola Lanzafame (Italian trademark application UIBM n. 2026000082570 of 05/05/2026, Nice classes 9, 41, 42 — pending examination). All content of the App — code, design, glyphs, illustrations, texts — is protected by copyright under Italian Law 633/1941 and EU Directive 2001/29/EC. Astronomical calculations rely on public-domain algorithms (VSOP87, IAU 2006).
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. The Developer may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. On termination, sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or applicable law. The latest version is always at astrotraderpro.com/terms.html. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
