Privacy Policy
How AstroTrader Pro™ handles your information — clearly, concisely, in plain language.
1. The short version
AstroTrader Pro does not track you, does not run analytics, does not show ads, and does not sell or share your data. The app works 100% offline. The only data processed is what is strictly necessary to manage your optional Premium subscription, handled by Google Play and RevenueCat.
2. Data controller
The data controller is Alberto Nicola Lanzafame, individual developer based in Italy. For any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights, contact: astrotraderproapp@gmail.com.
3. What data we process
When you install and use AstroTrader Pro:
- No personal data is collected by the app itself. The wheel, transits, glossary and projections run entirely offline on your device.
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs are integrated. The app does not communicate with our servers (we do not operate any) during normal use.
- Local preferences (language, theme, date) are stored locally on your device only. They never leave your phone.
If you subscribe to Premium, the following data is processed by our payment processors:
- Google Play (Google LLC): handles the purchase, billing, and Google Account identity necessary to complete the transaction. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.): receives a pseudonymous identifier and subscription metadata (status, plan, expiry) needed to validate your Premium entitlement on your device. Subject to RevenueCat's privacy policy.
4. Purposes and legal basis
The only purpose of the data processing described above is to manage your Premium subscription (delivery of the contracted service). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract you entered into.
5. International transfers
Google and RevenueCat process data in the United States. Transfers outside the EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) and, for Google, additionally by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision.
6. Retention
Subscription data is retained by Google Play and RevenueCat for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards in accordance with their retention policies (typically up to 5 years for accounting and dispute resolution). Local preferences on your device are kept until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the data we process about you (Art. 15)
- Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erase your data, subject to legal retention obligations (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- Object to processing (Art. 21)
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, gpdp.it)

8. Children
AstroTrader Pro is rated 18+ and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The app uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) for all communications with Google Play and RevenueCat. No data leaves your device except as described above. The app is signed with a private keystore held by the developer.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app or applicable law. The latest version is always at astrotraderpro.com/privacy.html. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the app.
In summary: we don't see you, we don't follow you, we don't sell anything about you. The only data flowing is what Google Play and RevenueCat strictly need to deliver a subscription you actively choose to start. Everything else stays on your phone.
